All of your documents are stored and processed on servers located in Montreal, Quebec. They don't move around between regions or countries, and they stay under Canadian jurisdiction from creation to deletion.
We store it so you can access it, and that's about it. We don't read your documents, sell your data, or use your writing to train AI models. Your content exists solely to serve you. When you delete something, it's permanently removed. No hidden copies, no secondary use.
Yes. Your documents are saved automatically as you write, directly to our Canadian servers. There's nothing to configure and no save button to click. If you close your browser and come back later, your work will be right where you left it.

No. By design. We believe de-big-teching starts with the open web, not more platform lock-in. That said, there are a few simple ways to make cDox feel native on any device.
Of course. You don't need to be Canadian to use cDox. Anyone can sign up and write here. The difference is where your data lives. All documents are stored in Canada and governed by Canadian and Quebec law, no matter where you're located.
